Our Past 1970-1996

This is a growth period before Universal Group formally establish. We went through the whole China chain transmission industry development process from zero to one, so we know clearly about clients' requirements and demands in different stages and fields, even more than themselves.

In the 1970s, Universal was originally an enterprise founded in a small town. At that time, there were only several drawing machines, and the total number of members was less than 20. The first five workshops were transformed from the glass rooms used for planting flowers. From this start point, Universal has developed into one of the leading chain manufacturers around the world step by step.

Along the way, every member of Universal has been the practitioner of the spirit of craftsmanship which drives us to develop and produce chain products for more applications and higher precision. On the way forward, we overcome challenges, create wonders one after another. This is the way we implement the belief of "Transmite Greater Power, Connect Better Life."
